Content management systems (CMS) are a powerful online resource. The top three systems are Word Press, Joomla, and Drupal. These free open source Web applications allow an individual, or a larger number of people to manage the work flow of a blog or website in a collaborative way. CMS controls access to data and content, making revising more efficient with ease-of-use. Data can be defined as documents, movies, and pictures.
As a result, the CMS acts as a central repository for your data while maintaining HTML versions of your published content.

PDF files have been around for years, but now they are being used as a multidimensional communication tool, bridging the gap across many mutli-platforms. Several commonly used file types can be embedded in a PDF, such as FLV, WMV, QT, AVI, MPG4, MP3 and WAV. Using Adobe Acrobat Pro, files can be placed without special encoding. Content can be the same in each delivery stream, ensuring high-quality viewing and compatibility across computer platforms.

Have you ever made a website, but your search results are lacking a bit? Search engine optimization (SEO) is a process used to increase visibility of a website. You can use “paid” methods or “un-paid” methods.
Generally, the “un-paid” method is the technique of using keywords in your content and in your title description. The more words you use relevant to your site (e.g. keywords), the better chances your site will have being indexed with one of the search engines. Using proper HTML coding, web standards, and inbound links are other SEO tactics used. These are ways to market your site, increasing hits, and creating a web presence.
The “paid” method involves paying a fee for the search engines to rank your site when searches are being placed. This is also called search engine marketing (SEM). This allows the search to target paid listings, which appear earlier or higher on the page. Visitors will receive this information first, exposing your site dramatically in the search results. This is an Internet Marketing strategy used often by businesses.
